Haxby IL-580 G4a. A rare Illinois $3 from a bank that issued only notes from their printed $2-$3 sheets. The high serial 9890 indicates a large circulation at the time, but few are known today. Good color for the grade, but we note some upper right repairs are seen from the back which were done subtly and long ago.
