Feb. 3, 1785. A couple of fold tears. Signed by Nathaniel Pendleton. Addressed to Seth John Cuthbert. Pendleton served in the Continental Army. He was Attorney General in Georgia from 1785-86. He was a "second" to Hamilton in his duel with Aaron Burr. Seth John Cuthbert fought in the American Revolution. Afterward he was Georgia State Treasurer from 1784-86 and also served on the Council of Safety.
