UNL. January 1, 1863. Three HPCs at top. A rare green and black note that is fully issued and bears a Civil War era date. Lightly circulated and easily the nicest of the few examples we have seen. The margins are good and the vivid inks look as if they were applied last night. An absolutely beautiful obsolete note and rare in this state of preservation.
