OH-440 G62. Wolka 2824-33. The Haxby Plate Note. Jan. 8, 1855. Western Bank Note Co. PCGS notes minor stains, ink erosion, foreign substance on back. A bank that would hit the bricks in the summer of 1841. Central vignette of the goddess Aurora in a four wheeled chariot pulled by two griffins. One of only three known of this denomination, and this is likely the finest. The first time this sold it realized over $1,500 in a 2014 sale.
