Private issue control coupon. Closed cooperative for the employees and forces of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast GPU (security police). Size of 90 x 45 mm. Uniface. Small paper at right on back probably used to attach coupon to a booklet. Not listed in the first edition of Ryabchenko's catalog (1995) but listed in the second (1999) edition which covers Ukraine only; valued as rare.
