Cr. 160. Ball 354. 1864. Undenominated. Vignette is of the Rappahannock River west of Fredericksburg, VA. The Cr. 159 4% call certificates are much more common than this type. Some minor edge splits. Very scarce as individual certificates and an outright rarity as a sheet.
