PCGS notes minor mounting remnants on back. If you like the Fr. 1337 in the previous lot then you should love this note. The "a" on face note is actually even a lot scarcer than the Fr. 1337. One could argue that Fr. 1338 appears at auction about as frequently as the vaunted Fr. 1336. In any event, this is a very scarce and underrated note.
