Very scarce "1" and "a" Justice note with widely spaced surcharges from the upper left corner of the sheet. Easily in the Top 10 of scarcest Fractional varieties. Very well margined and essentially fully framed. Very few examples of this scarce note seem to garner the EPQ/PPQ designation. A real pleaser that is always worth a solid four-figure price at this grade level. In our IPMS sale last year, we sold a Top Pop caliber AU 55 that sold for $4,200.
