Second and unlisted type with group of people and early flag; issue color of gray with red-brown underprint/black with red underprint on back, serial number BLOCK #555555, prefix R/9! While this piece has an obliterated watermark, it is different than Standard Catalog #171 because of different placement of prefix at upper center rather than at lower left so possible transition note. Heading of Egyptian State on face. Signature of Abdul Gueleel El Emery on back. WBG terms this "Ch. UNC 64". Certainly compelling, possibly unique.
