This amazing #1 note from this Montgomery County bank was the earliest of the town's four banks. The bank was chartered in 1884 and rediscovered for collectors in 2018. There were only 605 sheets of $5 Brown Backs and 538 $10-10-10-20 Brown Back sheets issued. By 1910 the large outstanding was listed at $310. The lower right has a corner tip and there are two tiny fold splits.
