Fr. 1960-J $5/$10 1934-D Kansas City J-A Double Denomination
Grade: PCGS Gem New 66 PPQ
This is one of the finest known of all the Kansas City $5/$10 double denomination notes that have appeared. Generally these are labeled '64 PPQ' or '64 EPQ' but this note I thought could possibly be even better, like a '67' or '68'. It's really lovely to me. Guesses are that there were possibly 160 notes that could have survived. This rarity was acquired through Jonathon's in the late 1970s. It's certainly a rare and desirable item, one of the finest quality examples to survive.
