A scarce Sumner County institution with a mere 19 known. If you are looking for another denomination beside this one, you will find yourself out of luck. Officers signatures are of Geo. Harbaugh and E.B. Roser. The Woods bank opened in 1873 until destroyed by fire in 1881. In 1882 a new bank building was constructed and in 1906 the National Bank of Commerce was officially organized. We last offered this same note in our 2006 PCDA sale.
