Colonial Currency > Virginia
VA-223 $1200 May 7, 1781
Grade:
PCGS VF 25
One of the highest denominations in the entire realm of Colonial Currency. This shows just how bad inflation was by this late state of the Revolutionary War. This was the final Virginia issue. Printed by John Dunlap. PCGS notes: minor mounting remnants on back which are seen at the corners. A lovely example of a really tough note.
