Grade: PCGS VF 30
A much tougher denomination with only 1,000 authorized. PCGS has only graded a quartet of examples of this number. They have commented restorations on the back of the holder. The Newman note graded PCGS Apparent VF 35 and it topped the $700 mark. It would not surprise us to see a similar realization here this evening.
