Rice paper. Denomination printed on back. These higher denomination Virginia notes of the 1780-1781 period show how inflation was starting to run rampant. Any rice paper note that has any VF grade and no problems is a winner in my book. Very well centered with the margins easily clearing the design at all points. Ex: Eric P. Newman collection.
