Francis Bailey imprint. Wonderfully signed by Tilton and Smith. A much scarcer later issue from Pennsylvania. This ex: Newman note is very high grade for this series, whose notes tend to average in the F/VF range with problems. A lovely example and not one of the more available small change denominations.
