Dark green seal. Light green seal notes appear at auction with far greater frequency than do dark green seals. This note is tied for Top Pop at both services. Each service has graded two examples at the 66 PPQ/EPQ grade level. When light green seals are found in Gem grade they tend to sell in the upper hundreds. There is no reason to think that this pristine piece won't respond in like fashion.
