One of six known of the much scarcer first title on the bank, sans hyphen. The second title was incorporated following the merger in 1932 with charter #674. Officers are Cashier Chas. W. Bothwell and President J. Clarence Parsons. Prior to this note, the last sale of this first title was a PCGS Fine 15 that sold for about $750 in 2010.
