A much scarcer Strafford County bank that shows nine examples enumerated in the NBN census. The bank received its charter in 1872 with a capitalization of $100,000. During the small size era, the bank produced only $10 notes. Auction appearances are few and far between for small size notes. The only example we have sold in recent times was a VF/XF note that we sold for $920 in our 2012 Memphis sale.
