This far northern Coos County institution was formed early in 1891 with the mandated $50,000 minimum as established by Treasury regulations. Officers signatures of Taylor and Corbin remain bold. Bright paper and broad margins are duly noted for this pleasing mid-grade piece. Small size notes are somewhat more available but large size examples appear quite infrequently at auction.
