A superior example of a "misplaced" town bank note that has bold signatures, bright paper, and good color. Auction appearances are sparse for this Audrain County bank and when large size notes do appear they always seem to sell for solid four-figure prices. The only example we have sold was a $10 Plain Back, graded VF, that brought $3,737.50 a half dozen years ago. A real peach.
