Authentic Bicentennial SPECIMEN with a ladder serial #I23456789A. These two-sided specimens have been deemed legal to own by Treasury Department officials. Almost other-worldly, with the word "SPECIMEN" stamped, in red ink, at the BEP twice on the front and twice on the back. PMG Notes: crisp paper with great embossing only pinholes prevent EPQ designation, which is a new one on us.
