Unique! Eminently rarer than the 1976 double overprints of which about a dozen exist and they sell for $20,000 (an example of that error appears later in the sale). This error with distinct double printing of both the series and the signatures, occurred during a transitional period when the BEP switched from including these as part of the serial number and seal overprint to later being engraved as part of the second printing. Decades ago, Harry E. Jones coined the term "4th printing" to describe transitional errors on $1 Silver Certificates which were printed contemporaneously to this. A note for the ages.
