If not unique, we've certainly never seen another. Masterfully engraved and imprinted uniface with neat roulette-type perforation 'SPECIMEN'. Unlisted in Hessler and worthy of additional research and an article shedding light on this enigmatic piece. Strikingly similar to a progress proof. Two tiny spots of discoloration mentioned for accuracy.
