SPECIMEN (#7011) stamped in red; serial number of zeroes. Initial denomination of "B" (Benin) series. Signature combination 22, which could either be from 1991 or 1992. For this type, this is the third different kind of specimen we have offered; we have had two with SPECIMEN/SANS VALEUR stamped in red and most recently an example with SPECIMEN perforated at left. Good research piece.
