A wonderful, high quality design with Justice at the left, Agriculture and Industry seated on a bale of cotton and General Washington at the right. This is the Richmond issue and under 6,000, in fact 5,798, of each were issued but they somehow survived. Only the left end is a bit tight. A pretty note with no notation on the back.
