The Louisa County National Bank of Columbus Junction is dated September 18, 1872. When the sheets arrived someone pulled the #1 sheet and put it aside. Excitingly it has been rediscovered in Texas in 2021. A. Gamble (Andrew) signed as President and J.W. True as Cashier. 2200 sheets were printed. This note clearly had exposure that has somewhat lightened the seal but not the serial numbers. PMG notes edge damage, faded seal. toning.
