Disbursed September 17, 1861. Ferdinand Mallory, Capt. & A.C.S.P. A beautiful Richmond $100 with Justice at the left, a river railroad scene at the center and Minerva at the right. This note looks as UNC as any you will find. Three clear margins but the bottom is bit close. Slight handling but I'm not sure why it's not UNC.
