A town and bank of the utmost scarcity. This note is new to the census so now there are seven large notes known. Here is a truly rare charter note with excellent stamped pen signatures. The last large size offered was a Fine 12 at $4,700 in 2013 and market sales are even higher. There is a light paper clip mark on the back and a small age spot in the bottom margin.
